BH Hotel Hamburg

Good hotel with free parking.Staff is very friendly and helpful, speaks good English. There is a small free parking lot with the hotel. They allowed us to keep the car there after check out for the afternoon.Breakfast has a great variety of food. Location is walking distance to town (15 minutes or so) and right next to the old bazar area.

The stuff was very good and friendly!

Bad facilities, noisy surrounding.

This hotel has a great location very near old part of town and the rooms were clean.

Unfortunately the rooms in a hotel should not be as they are in this hotel. Both hand soap and shower gel dispenser were empty. The room was turned to the main road and the windows did not seal so there was terrible noise from the road. The TV did not function. On the right bed I could not find the off switch, so I had to unscrew the light-bulb. Next day I found the switch. It bas behind the bed and almost un-accessible.

It was homey, the staff were friendly and informative, and the location was excellent!

There were problems with the lights.

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT! MOST PLACES OF INTEREST ARE NEARYBY AND IN EASY WALKING DISTANCE! THE BAZAAR IN A COUPLE OF MINUTES, THE STONE BRIDGE IN 10 MINUTES AND CITY CENTRE WITHIN 15 MINUTES.

THE TV WAS OUT OF ACTION FOR 3 DAYS DUE TO A PROBLEM WITH THE SIGNAL!

Staff were excellent and good location in old town. Breakfast is good and bed comfortable.

Most lights are broken/ not working. The shower was not on the wall. Room above a busy main road. Room opened into breakfast area.

Nice clean and new

Parking

Located within walking to a tourist shopping area with lots of ice cream shops and restaurants!

The surrounding buildings in the back entry way had quite a bit of trash.

Very good place near the old town and friendly people around all albanian speaking.

Excellent location with parking in the back yard. Tremendous omelet for breakfast. Friendly staff.

close to center

very basic breakfast...very very warm rooms....the air conditioner doesn't work well and can't cool down...if you set it to max, it's impossible to sleep because of the noise...but you can't cool it when you're not in the room.1 day before arrival, they called me to say that they had overlooked that I had booked 2 rooms and that they did not have free time on both days. But then they made arrangements and moved us to another hotel the next day

Hotel with good location and parking, very tasty breakfast.

The room windows faced a very noisy street, the air conditioning did not work

Location, free parking, very good breakfast and staff is very friendly

everything was ok.

The breakfast was average. There were various foods and the beverages were tasty.

They could have brought more soap and slippers into the room after cleaning.

Excellent location. Friendly staf.. Rhe breakfast was rich and tasty..The room was really clean

Very short stay. Next time I will come for more days :)
